Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Due to the low value and profit of the items, a restocking fee of 20% applies, which will be deducted from your refund. This is to cover the staff costs of restocking the items.
We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Refund and Return Policy – Failed Delivery Attempts
At The Wholesale Snack Company, we strive to ensure your order reaches you in a timely and efficient manner. However, if our delivery team is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts due to unavailability or lack of response, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund in accordance with the following terms:
Delivery Attempts
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver your goods. If delivery is not successful after 3 attempts, or if we are unable to make delivery due to incorrect information or lack of access, we will contact you to arrange a final delivery attempt. If delivery cannot be made at this point, we will consider the order as unfulfilled.
Order Cancellation
If delivery fails after multiple attempts:
- We will cancel your order and notify you via email or phone.
- You will receive a full refund minus any reasonable delivery and handling fees, provided these costs were clearly stated in your original order confirmation.
- If you wish to proceed with the order after cancellation, a new order will need to be placed, and additional delivery charges may apply.
Storage and Collection
If delivery attempts fail, we may hold your goods for a period of 7 days. During this time, you can arrange to collect the goods or schedule a redelivery (subject to any additional delivery charges). After this period, if no collection or redelivery is arranged, the order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued minus delivery and handling costs.
Refunds

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided on your return confirmation.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
